Ok, we have a plan for the first free camping spot in Tassie. We are heading for the banks of the Wilmot River to check out a place near Paloona. From there to Brushy Lagoon where we will do some 4WD’in. Lookout for photos and updated track information.

all good up this end of the Coast. Just had a welcome storm to cool the everlasting heat that has been pervading this area over the past couple of weeks. We had a staggered school commencement this week with Australia Day on Tuesday. Boys commenced on Wednesday, Girls on Thursday and finally Lochie our young man who turns 16 next week on Friday.

Sound like you had a full plate with schooling starting like it did! I have heard that the weather has been very hot and humid up your way, mum and dad have both said so. Any relief is good. I bet watching the storm over the balcony would be awesome and inspiring too!
As you know we are in Tassie now and just ready to head bush for some real camping and 4wd’in. Hopefully some fishing too! Keep posted the fun is just beginning here in Tassie.
Thanks for the comment too. Btw we have been getting some great results with our web page and the traffic is going nuts. We are now starting to load videos through Youtube and posting on Twitter and Facebook. Things are moving here, organising some signwriting and then will look at some affilate sites and sale of advertising space.
