Whenever you receive great service from someone, you do anything you can to repay the favour. Well I dropped into Ultimate Fishing in Ulverstone, Tasmania on Monday and asked them information about digital maps of Tassie that will work on Oziexplorer. They didn’t have the information initially so took my name and phone number and said that they would call…how many times do we hear that one!!!
Well true to their promise they called (and didn’t reach me), so sent me a text message giving me details who to contact about the digital maps (geodata@dpipewe.tas.gov.au). I have sent an email and are waiting for a response. Regardless, what I find credible and reassuring is the owner and his staff went out of their way to help even though this didn’t result in a sale to them – awesome! I am sure this goodwill will result in sales for them in the future. If I need fishing gear or advice I know where I would go back to!
Anyway go check them out, I highly recommend their friendly service and advice.
