The plan today was to head further South West, first to Tamworth and then onto Quirindi. From Quidrindi we will set a path which skirts around the Western edge of the Blue Mountains. From Quirindi we will make our way to Merriwa, Bylong, Breakfast Creek, Kandos, Ilford, Lithgow then to Oberon. The plan at Oberon is to see the Jenolan Caves before heading to Goulburn where we will start planning our climbs of Mt Kosciuszko and Mt Bogong.
